Dunkin' - Cranston
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood Dunkin' offers a clean, fast-casual experience with fresh menu variety, seasonal treats, value-driven promotions and a rewards program. The shop is wheelchair-accessible, enforces social distancing, and stays well stocked, making it a convenient quick-stop for takeout. Service reliability varies: while staff are often friendly, expect occasional delays, order mistakes and lukewarm coffee during busy periods. Overall a good option for budget-conscious, on-the-go diners seeking familiar flavors and seasonal options, though attention to in-store customers can be inconsistent.

I waited 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and it seemed like the staff couldn’t care less about those of us waiting. They appeared more focused on online orders for pickup than on the customers who were placing orders at the counter and having to wait.
Worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. Mine and my husbands hot coffees were ice cold, someone who was working was wearing so much perfume, it made my cups smell (no idea how) and made me sneeze constantly in the car. Will never go back here.
Coffee is gross. Food is nasty. Doughnuts are doughnuts and are always delicious. Blueberry cake is my favorite
After being overlooked at the Panera Bread across the street, I headed over to Dunkin' Donuts. They offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food. While the coffee was a bit weak—something that hasn't changed in 40 years—the overall experience was enjoyable. The service was typical for a fast-food setting, and they had social distancing measures in place. The restaurant was clean and also wheelchair accessible.
