Great place the staff are always happy. They have a great breakfast menu.

The older lady working just ignored us for 10 minutes while she complained about being busy. The young girl running the drive ran over to help us even though she was even more busy and she was nice for that but was mad I ordered alot of food (4 things) also there was one guy working who was walking around aimlessly who also ignored us. Elmwood dunkin is even better guys you and broad street are in competition for worst dunkin in the state. Ok well.... Broad st definitely the worst that lady accidentally gave me her old coffee by accident then said whachu want me to do I 'm busy as hell I didn 't even ask for my money back I thought I deserve this for thinking I could actually go there and get good service. Godzilla if your reading this please come to RI and clear out some space we need a restart ? ? ?

Used to be really great but some new employees are far more concerned with flirting with their coworkers than gettingnyour order on time or correct. From 15min waits for donuts at the drive through to no flavorings in your caramel swirl iced coffee, this place is sadly in decline, my business will and has gone elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: Constantly giving cheese on things that have been requested to not have cheese due to allergy
