What Dario Portillo doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
I placed an order through the app but had to ask for our drinks, and the slushy machine wasn't working. There was no offer of a refund for the slush (which was an extra charge with a combo). When we drove away, we realized the fries were missing, and the grease from the onion rings had soaked through the bag, my pants, and my hands.
