The service and ambiance at this restaurant are fantastic, especially from Shannon and Eve. I always receive my bagel fresh with a smile and it keeps me coming back for more. What P S doesn't like about Bagel Express:
Oh no! The Rhode Island Board of Health discovered rodent droppings all over Bagel Express. They have until November 24 to fix this issue. This is unacceptable, as it's not just disgusting but could also make people ill. I won't be returning until I confirm online that the problem has been taken care of. Platz is picturesque. very friendly staff. very reasonable prices. eating is delicious. so is the coffee.
Beautiful staff. the bagels were delicious (perfect texture and crisp and they offer so many coffee flavors.

So Rude. Their hours are not posted on the door or window. We ordered THEN they say they are closing in 5 minutes which is no problem we got our food to go. But then they play music so loud to make you leave but you can’t because they are still making your food! Then, in front of a line of customers, the employees and owner complain about people coming in when they are closed/closing but yet they leave the door open letting more people come in. Food is fine, nothing special.
