Papa Ganache - Cranford

I spent $50 on eating and dessert and nothing was great. the chocolate chip cookies were okay, but they were brittle. I don't think I like cakes, but they might have tasted normal. the brownie was not good. the buffalo flower cabbage was rough and I also got a chicken potato mayo burrito that was not good at all. super disappointed.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! I have personally witnessed the owner Lisa BULLYING her staff resorting to screaming and belittling on multiple occasions. If you want to support a small business in the vegan and gluten free market, this is NOT the one. Staff is significantly overworked with little breaks and are underpaid at minimum wage. Vegan and gluten free baked goods are hard and taste old. As a gluten free eater myself, I was very excited to see a business like this in my area but after witnessing the unethical and toxic culture of this small business I will NEVER support them again.

I tried the cakes, cupcakes, and rainbow cookies from this place and they were always fresh and delicious. While they were a bit pricey, I understand that this is common for small vegan businesses. I have not had the chance to try their savory or lunch options, so I cannot comment on those.

The food is delicious, especially the vegan and gluten-free options. I will definitely come back.

I always have an amazing experience at Papa Ganache! I ordered a mouth-watering cookies and cream birthday cake from here and it was a hit! The 6-inch cake was huge with multiple layers of super rich and moist cake, filled with cookies and cream frosting. The top was covered in delicious chocolate ganache - so yummy!
