Today I walked into the same Dunkin and the service was god aw... read more Yesterday, I walked into this Dunkin Donuts. The service was great and they got my order perfect. Today I walked into the same Dunkin and the service was god awful. I asked them if I could have a CoCo Mocha Latte. They simply told me that they did not have that. When I looked at the menu under signature latte's, it was the second on the list. My friend then asked for the same thing and was told the same as I was. My friend (unlike me) did point out the menu. The guy looked at him and asked him to order something else.

The folks that work there are nice but they regularly ignore the line of people waiting to order for extended periods of time and focus on doing things behind the counter instead for some reason. I'd rather drive 5 extra mins to go to another location that has better service.

I find that the service takes astronomic... read more Leaving this review not to ruin anyone’s day, just hoping to better the overall quality of the store for the customers. I find that the service takes astronomically long, and often interferes with my boyfriends morning as he is trying to get to work and the slow service is frustrating. I think many others would benefit from faster service and would draw more customers to the store overall. I hope this helps and give some inspiration for the employees to better their service. Thank you.
