When I came in to fill my travel m... read more I don't think it's unreasonable that the person behind the counter should speak the language of the country that they are in. When I came in to fill my travel mug the counter person did not understand a single word of what I was asking for. Finally,someone came to their assistance. Frankly, I almost wish they hadn't because the coffee was so iodine in its taste that I barelydrank any of it. In my view a total waste of time and money.

Over the past couple months the service... read more Unfortunately this has been the Dunkin' donuts that I pass on my way to work every day I've been eating here for years. Over the past couple months the service and order screw ups have become atrocious. Basically every order has been messed up. I calledto complain today about another order screw up and Basically was told sorry. I won't be wasting any more of my at thislocation again. Sadly I think they don't have the employees to do what's needed to operate the location. Last week it took25min to get a bagel and 3 donuts! With 1 person in line in front of me.
