LOVE this place for a good healthy lunch. Built your own bowl, lots of protein and topping choices , all dressing are clearly label.
The “Build had its own bowl”. can get rice or rice noodles. several options for gf protein and tons of toppings. sauces and proteine well labeled gf/df/v.

Finally, the latest wave of exceptional food invites a fresh intake of a healthy lifestyle. DeligtFull is a great experience in food, selection and service. The atmosphere leaves a little to wish, but of all things I could find missing, I would rather eat great food, at a decent price that I do not wait over an hour to get. Owners who are willing to invest can make the place look better and better in time. It has a very cafeteria-esque vibe, but if you plan to take out, it doesn't matter. (A true revitalization of the old Apollo restaurant.

For dinner, the price per person ranges from CA$10 to $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Bulgogi and the Rice Noodle Bowl. Plus, there is plenty of parking available.
