She did not greet us when we arrived, and when I requested hot food from the deli, she looked at me as if I had two heads. During payment, she didn't even mention the total; instead, she simply pointed to the machine for me to pay. There was no "thank you," no "goodbye," nothing at all. I mentioned to her that she should learn some basic manners before leaving the store.
