Incredible Food experience from start to finish. The staff were brilliant and extremely attentive which made the whole service flow. The food was thoughtful and tasty. Complex flavors delivered with top notch wines to match. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or jut if you feel like a treat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
OMG! I have always been a bit reluctant/sceptical about high/fine dining. However, this was my first experience and I was seriously, blown away. The most amazing food, quality, service, friendly meal which for us turned in to a lifetime event! Well done to ALL staff involved. We em had such a lovely, amazing time! Fantastic little farm tour with the Chef and owner (Will) before the meal (you have to be on a 12:00 lunch), staff were all trained and worked to and an exceptional standard whilst conveying the relaxed atmosphere (demonstrating their quality), the food was excellent with the amuse-bouche being my highlight. Can’t comment on the wine as we didn’t drink, £85pp for the full tasting menu felt like really good value for money (you get more than you pay for at that price I’d argue). Will definitely return. Dietary restrictions: I have a peanut allergy and no issue at all
A Michelin Style Quality Dinner with a fresh organic countryside concept. The Small Holding promotes their produce and dishes on fresh local ingredients to create great tasting and delicious dishes. Choosing the 5 course meal which includes a wonderful selection of well balanced and developed dishes with seasonal produce , the Mushroom dish was the showstopper , with fresh and vibrant flavours it was robust. However, the homemade brown rustic House Bread was tough and flavourless, would have liked to see more flare on the butter, maybe a garlic and herb salted butter with sourdough. It is definitely somewhere worth the visit , and a great eat in Kent.
This place is one of a kind, amazing food that is all sourced from their own small holding or sourced locally. You won’t find a better tasting menu out there Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
