I recently visited this Subway and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very rude employee (who claims to be the manager) named Kim. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright nasty. When I asked for extra pickles, she rolled her eyes and huffed like I was asking her to climb Mount Everest. Her attitude was so bad it ruined my whole meal. Definitely won't be going back there as long as she's in charge. Subway, do better and hire managers who actually care about customer service!
