Food was perfect, and ready quick. If you park in the parking lot to eat, you'll probably have at least one person panhandling if its late at night. But that's just St Claude at night, cant do anything about that. Walk up window good for anyone walking, on a bike, or skateboard late that cant eat anywhere else. No table and chairs outside like some locations, but its probably for the best. Neighborhood might make out... View all feedback.
What jeff w doesn't like about Rally's:
Burgers were cold. Walking up to get food there is lots of garbage outside their window. Should have just turned back after seeing a dirty environment outside, can’t imagine what it looks inside. View all feedback.
Waited in line for 20 minutes. Robot order, short staffed
Wow! Super nice folks here and fast! Got a milkshake and fries within a minute! Couldn't ask for more

Close it down the food was disgusting and the customer service was okay, need to listen to customer order and stop giving customer what they want
