So here's the thing. I haven't had enough po boys to be able to tell you if these are the legit ones to try or not. I know people say the closer to Bourbon St you get, the lower the food quality gets. All that being said, I was told this was the place to go by the bartender at Pat O'Brien's (Chris), and for me, they were so damn good! We got a shrimp and a pork belly, and both totally hit the spotAre these authentic?... View all feedback.
What Christopher W doesn't like about Killer Poboys:
I had the teriyaki tofu sandwich. It left much to be desired and lacked flavor. I also had the potato salad which had no seasoning/flavor at all. I was hoping this place would've been better since I was visiting from out of town. View all feedback.

I recently stopped by Killer Poboys and was thoroughly impressed with my meal! The grilled shrimp poboy was a highlight, with juicy and flavorful shrimp that were perfectly seasoned. The cauliflower poboy was also a winner, with a nice char and tender texture. The bread was toasted to perfection, adding a satisfying crunch to each bite. And the spicy potato salad was a pleasant surprise, with a refreshing kick that added a nice depth to the dish. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Killer Poboys and can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings!
The seared gulf shrimp po'boy was just fantastic. The pickled carrots and radish added a great crunch and tang. Definitely regret we didn't have enough time to come back and try the other po'boys! Parking: You'll need to find parking in a paid garage a few blocks away.
Vegetarian options: Multiple vegan po boy options! Tofu was the best, cauliflower was good.
First time at this location. Kinda prefer the back of bar, crammed up, bar seating, setting of the other one. All part of the experience. Poboys never disappoint here. Always the first stop of vacation. It's a must-have.
