This place is awesome! The customer service is the best. We had a big group and they were super busy with their onion rings not working. The manager actually came to our table, apologized for the inconvenience (without us having mentioned anything) and gave us malts. The sandwich was great, the fries were great, the ranch sauce is amazing! Great time. That was a lot of fun.

I haven't ate at one of these in almost 20 years! Still as delicious as I remembered with some new styles I had never seen before. Although I didn't see the Italian flavor that I remember which was a shame. Regardless, thank you for making my day!
Great can't pass one up wish they would put one in Rapid City or Custer
Very disappointed. Girl at window tonight was scrolling through her phone as I waited to be helped inside. Two younger fellas had got food and ice cream they came back in and asked for ranch. The lady said you didn't say you wanted any (they knew each other), she gave him 4 ranches (no charge). I asked if I could have a onion dip she said sorry I'll have to charge you for that. That's the one cause we charge for went on the runway website they charge for ranch. So we give free things to some and not for other. Not good business. She told the guy to go enjoy his freedom so I'm assuming maybe he works there. Regardless very disappointed. Next time I'll go to DQ or Pizza Hut.
