I had an amazing experience at the 242 House in Cozad, NE. The service was outstanding—thank you, Sara! The food was both creative and delicious. Chef Josh Roland, who previously worked at Brush St. Louis, has an impressive background, having collaborated with Iron Chefs from Food Network and Martha Stewart. This definitely adds to the restaurant's exceptional culinary offerings. Thank you, 242 House, Sara, and Josh, for a wonderful evening!

We decided to have a late lunch during our long trip to Colorado, and we really enjoyed the food, the garden ambiance, and the friendly service.

We were truly amazed and thrilled to discover this fantastic restaurant during our recent cross-country road trip! The food is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is spectacular. However, the highlight has to be the wonderful staff and owner; it felt like we were visiting dear friends at home. It’s a five-star experience at 242 House!

A great foundation in a midwest small town. here stopped and was surprised to find the jewel in cozad nebraska. the mood, the menu and the staff are great. the service was great! they are a little on the spending side. $10 for a cup maissuppe seems a bit high considering that we are in nebraska the maisshusker and mais everywhere. will I have been coming back? bet her!

This is the kind of food and dining experience that makes me happy to be alive!! If you're headed down I-80, stop! If you're an area local- support local by making this your go-to. Thankful for you guys because food really does bring us together!
