One of the best and cutest coffee stops on I-80. I've been stopping at Lasso for years on our way from Chicago to CA. Coffee and bakery are great!! Gothenburg also has an original Pony Express station in their town park only a few minutes from Lasso. Stop by and see it. It's open for viewing as a museum/shop during the daytime. What Amina Abbas doesn't like about Lasso Espresso:
I'm giving it one star because it's the most expensive cup of coffee I've ever bought anywhere in the United States. Over $4 for a cup of black coffee. I won't be back View all feedback.
Great iced Carmel latte and loved the pina colada smoothie. Our dog loved the pup cup. Great service with a smile
Very pleasant stop on our road trip! Coffee is not too sweet (we got a mexican mocha and cafe breve) which is how we like it, though I’m sure they had sweeter options- they had a perfect variety on their menu while not being too overwhelming… And it seems our dog really enjoyed their pup cup (pictured below)! Staff was very friendly and they were open after 5pm on a Wednesday.

Coffee was good but $8.08 for a medium white mocha wow no thanks When this going to stop
It's a cozy little coffee shop with a beautiful aura about it. I recommend stopping by when they're open. I just ordered a coconut Italian cream soda, haven't had one of those in years, and it was as delicious as it was back then. Wish I had stopped by the other times I drove through here.
