The highlight was definitely the delicious cake. The interior was simple but stylish, with well-maintained plants adding a nice touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were no unpleasant kitchen smells. We highly recommend trying the turmeric rose cake and the cauliflower bites.

We ordered the cheese and kimchi toasties served with a side salad, as well as the pesto pasta with veggies. The food was delicious and the portions were satisfying. The chocolate brownie for dessert was large and decadent, disappearing quickly. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Cowbridge.
