This was the fastest service I have ever had at Tim Hortons! All employees spoke English and were extremely helpful and polite. I placed my order through the mobile app while sitting in the parking lot, and by the time I walked from my car to the restaurant, my order was already prepared. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I went today with my 72 year old mother who can only drink decaffeinated due to stomach issues . The service was slow and the very young boy gave my mother a regular coffee and now she's been vomiting blood grin her ulcers . My visits there are daily by drive through my order is always a large decaf with 2 sugar and 1 milk and a regular large coffee for me with 1 cream 1 milk and 1 sugar . Your weekend staff has done... The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and dedicated. Despite being very busy, orders are served promptly. Using the online app for payments and earning points for free coffee is convenient. Additionally, the app offers a fun hockey section.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order at the drive-thru, despite only three cars ahead of me. The service was extremely slow and disorganized, with no sense of urgency from the staff. When I finally reached the window, there was no apology for the delay. This poor level of service is not up to par with the Tim Hortons brand. I would recommend avoiding this location if you are in a rush or value your time.
Although it was nice to discover they make the eggs fresh, I found eggshell in my wrap travailleur.
I wish we didn't consistently find coffee grinds in our coffee.
My coffee was cold so I asked for another one and he gave it to me lukewarm and in the meantime we could see the young employees had no seriousness and no appropriate customer service! A real daycare!
