The crinkle-cut fries were wonderfully crispy. I will definitely return. However, I found the ordering system a bit confusing. You have to choose a bag from a category and then select something from within that bag. This seems overwhelming and might not be the best approach for the brand. They should consider simplifying the ordering process, or perhaps I'm just not fully grasping it.

They offer a much larger selection of toppings compared to Subway. Plus, they have a good rewards program that lets you earn free drinks and sandwiches. The only downside is that I wish they had more locations. In Covington, LA, there’s only one, and I would definitely visit more frequently if there were a location closer to us.
