I've consistently found myself waiting at least 20 minutes at various Wendy's locations, and at the Covington, GA site, I once waited a staggering 48 minutes in line.

The lady who handed m... read more The woman at the register was very patient and courteous. I accidentally had my debit card locked, but she kindly allowed me to unlock it. The lady who handed me my food was pleasant as well. I noticed there was no Coke Zero available, so I opted for Diet Coke, but it didn't taste very good. However, I saw that Diet Dr. Pepper was an option, and she happily switched it out for me. I also requested some ghost pepper sauce, and she handed that to me too. Overall, my experience here was much better than at any other Wendy's I've visited. I honestly hope they maintain this level of service.

I specifically asked for no ice in my drink, but the employee took my drink and removed the ice with her fingers right in front of me. I urge everyone to be cautious when dining at this location.
