This restaurant is terrible. The general manager is very rude and disrespectful but seems to avoid any accountability for her actions. She treats her employees poorly, often speaking to them inappropriately and expecting other staff members to do her dirty work. I have concerns about underage school children being allowed to close the store with parental consent, and I plan to report this issue as well. She also tends to pick on these underage workers, which I find completely unacceptable. There is a serious lack of management skills here—who thought it was a good idea to hire her? I need to speak with the area manager as soon as possible, as I have a lot of concerns to discuss.

I usually encounter rude employees late at night at this Wendy's location. The food is rarely ready, which is surprising for a fast food restaurant. As a DoorDash driver, my recent visit was particularly challenging and underscored several areas that need improvement. Despite the reputable brand and generally good quality, the wait for order pickup was much longer than expected—around 15 minutes. This delay not only disrupted my delivery schedule but also affected my efficiency and earnings for that hour. Moreover, my interaction with the staff left much to be desired. While I understand that everyone can have off days, being overlooked and receiving poor communication falls short of the customer service standards we expect from Wendy's. This added unnecessary complications to the delivery process. I believe in providing constructive feedback and hope this review prompts Wendy's to enhance its operations and improve staff training, particularly in how they interact with delivery drivers. A culture of mutual respect and understanding could significantly enhance the experience for all involved—employees, drivers, and ultimately, the customers. I look forward to seeing some positive changes and potentially updating my review after a more favorable experience in the future.

1/11/24 Just a new update, I argued against it but it was decided to give this place another try, at 7:15 the dining area was closed, even to Uber orders, I was forced to wait in the drive through, there were 7 people waiting, it took me 43 minutes to get my order..how this place stays open I have no plans dea It's 8:40 and the dining room is closed...says open till midnight but guess they just arbitrarily close it when they feel like it... customer service right?
