We chatted with one of the owners, who shared that they purchase fresh tenderloins, tenderize and bread them on-site—never frozen. If you're watching your carbs, the sweet potato waffle fries are a great option; they seemed homemade, crispy, and sweet. The service was also efficient. If you’re looking for a good place to eat, take the detour off Highway 74. And don’t forget to check out the beautiful historic cemetery as you enter town!
