Food was cold, the staff stood around and talked to each other making us wait for our food forever. One young man and young girl were the only ones working out of all the staff there. Maybe you hired the wrong managers bc your staff would rather chat then wait on customers. View all feedback.

Fries were cold. Sammich was good. I didn't wait long. Overall the building could of used a better janitorial team.

Was out of several sauces sweet tea was water. Employees got into a fight swearing and offers to go outside to fight. Would not go back

There was a line when ordering but it moved quickly. Sandwich was freshly made. Dining room was clean and well maintained. Would go back if in areas.

I've visited this Arby's several times because it is at such a location that I pass it at about lunch time on my drive home from Iowa. It is located at the One9 truck stop, which I thought was a little cleaner when it was branded as Pilot, but not a hugedifference. The service was good and the mozzarella sticks I bought were too.
