However, around 2:30, a store... read more The two employees at Subway who regularly prepare sandwiches did an excellent job today, as always. They were quick and friendly. However, around 2:30, a store manager or owner entered and spoke to the staff in a condescending tone in front of customers. As both a customer and a general manager of a busy restaurant, I can say that the store was clean and well-stocked, and the menu offered good options, though there’s always room for improvement. The manager's behavior was rude and unnecessary. The "Now Hiring" sign in the window might reflect issues with leadership.

There was only one young woman handling orders, making sandwiches, and ringing customers up. She was helping three people at once while also preparing my four sandwiches. If Subway hired more employees as dedicated and efficient as her, this location could really improve. The menu has great options, but better staffing would enhance the experience significantly.

When we arrived a couple of minutes before they opened at 10 AM, the girl at the counter made a point to stress that they weren’t open yet. After waiting until the clock struck 10, we walked in, but her demeanor was unfriendly throughout our visit. She served us our subs without making any eye contact and even grumbled to a colleague about certain items. I usually enjoy Subway, but this experience was marred by the very rude service I encountered.

Despite several attempts to eat there, I've been let down to find the restaurant closed without any explanation or signage for customers. Although the store claims to close at 9 PM, I have never seen it stay open that late. I would recommend avoiding this location, as it's likely to be closed when you arrive.
