The manager left the employee all by himself and not helped him with the line very busy. He did all can do to help one customer at a time. The manager is not being fair at all. Somebody needs to make him manager.
Don’t order on the app with these guys, if it’s more then they want to make they will not make it. They will tell the app your order is done but when you come. The kids will say they never got the order. Found out they lied to me about my food and I can’t get a refund. Had to calm down and remember $50 is not worth going to jail.
Terrible experience. Went on August 6th around 345 to pick up a mobile order. No workers even acknowledged me. They were cutting up and joking around. I asked the status of the order, and they l looked at me like I was an inconvenience.I ordered double ham (3 dollars extra) but got home to notice they did not give me double ham. Not only that, but one of the workers were dropping F bombs in front of CHILDREN. Management needs to GET IT TOGETHER.
I can only describe my experience as one of shock and disappointment! Subway has decided to eliminate their wraps and replace them with what they now call a wrap, which is actually flatbread. This new option is not only smaller but also significantly thicker. The wraps used to be the one item that didn't overwhelm my meal with bread. I'm really let down by this change!
My husband and I stopped by this place when my blood sugar dropped too low. The staff was incredibly accommodating; they allowed me to get a drink and even opened it for me. They made me a fantastic wrap and offered me some cookies as well. My sugar levels are gradually stabilizing now. The service here really exceeded my expectations!
