Description

Nestled in the charming heart of Mystic Falls, this nostalgic ice cream parlor offers a delightful escape for both families and fans of “The Vampire Diaries.” Renowned for its indulgent flavors and a myriad of candy options, guests rave about the delicious banana pudding milkshake and creamy ice cream. While many appreciate the friendly sampling experience and reasonable prices, there are concerns about inconsistent service and limited seating. Repetitive flavor offerings and occasional staff miscommunication have been noted, but the overall experience remains enticing, making it a must-visit destination for sweet treats and a taste of local charm.

Came into the shop behind a Caucasian family on 9/30/23 around noon. The clerk greeted the caucasian family with vigor and they replied, we 're just looking . The clerk turned her back and did not try to assist us as we waited at the “order here” sign. We had to flag her down and when she came to the counter, she said absolutely nothing! We asked for a kids cup for our4 year old and she wanted to know how old is she. Wow!

Walking into this place gives me an instant feeling of joy and excitement… just as they say “like a kid in a candy store.” Each time I go in I notice something new it’s an adventure! The ice cream is delicious and the staff is friendly and social. It’s become a regular treat for my kids (and myself). Sometimes the line is very long but don’t let that discourage you from going! They have plenty of Scoops team members that get the line moving super quick!

Always good and they get through the line fast even when it’s really long. Key lime pie is the best, wish it was year round. Price per person: $1–10
