Papa Johns Pizza - Covington

I usually don't like to complain, especially since I understand that many people do, but I had a valid issue this time. When I called to express my concern, I was met with rudeness and accused of lying. While it’s possible that the wings were pre-cooked, they still need to be cooked thoroughly. After I made my point, I was put on hold and eventually became frustrated. When I finally reached the manager, she was unhelpful and refused to either refund my money or address my complaint. I found her behavior extremely unprofessional. I tried to get the branch manager’s number, but was told she wouldn’t be back until Thursday. I then asked for the district manager’s contact, but they refused to give it to me. It’s unacceptable that I couldn't communicate my legitimate concern without being treated poorly. I am very frustrated and I want my money back!

I always have a great experience at this restaurant, except for when I deal with Sean in the call center. Ordering takes a long time, and he even canceled my order without confirming it with me first.

I was eagerly anticipating the pizza after waiting for 3 and a half hours, but I was very disappointed when I opened the box. There were more large air bubbles than pepperoni!

I never leave reviews, but my experience in this papa johns was so creepy that I could not share this experience. for beginners, no one would work there even recognize my annoyance, let alone help me. in the first few minutes I have tormented it until the end of the night to finish their tasks, but then I realized that they would really leave me to the end of the night standing there if I did not require any service. then I said the dame that I have commanded one and what he was commanding, and I could say that she was not listening/not interested, and that it was probably not in many. she disappeared and when she came back, I said sorry, it's not ready and she looked at me and screamed I didn't know now I had ordered this pizza 30 minutes before, so I knew that it was ready and after a long day of work I really wanted to get my pizza and go home so I said they could check? and she went over and get me my command. when I checked it in the car, there was only the pizza and none of the garlic cups I had ordered, so I had to go back in. When I entered, it sounded like she threatened her co-worker and she was walking together. again I had to try to get attention so I could get the missing garlic cups. I never had such a shocking and terrible customer service experience. I'm not sure I live a lot, but I'm sure I'll never return to this place again! I just want a pizza, no verbal abuse. I give them only 2 stars because pizza was still bussin.

So I haven't ordered cheesy bread and I was waiting and waiting and waiting and the lady had called me and told me to meet her because they are so busy so I met her in the parking lot and she said it was on the house because of being so late so I want to give her a thumbs up for her service thank you
