Mcdonald's - Covington

More than $3 for runners who are not even half full. mcdonald’s disappoint! note: they don’t ssponset me to another survey or to a number. I have my position according to SERVICES/PRODUCERS, which aim at the time of sale.

The staff there was okay. They just took our order and didn't say anything else. The food was decent but the fries was over cooked and cold. Most of the tables was dirty and wasn't really a clean place to seat. The men's women's bathrooms was really over all disgusting and nasty.

A bunch a untrained disrespectful kids run this place. Had a bunch of ppl in the drive thru waiting over 20 minutes for a shift change. Why tf does it take that long. I went in and the kids are eating and laughing. A joke

Food never fresh alway long line a whole bunch of ghetto young workers who don't wanna work and always have attitudes. And they don't put all your food in your bag. And they get mad when u tell them they food is un fresh be careful giving them yo food back they might spit on it .

Placed a mobile order for 3 iced lattes. Followed the instructions as given. I waited 40 minutes and tried to call the first time after 20minutes and around 15xs before it was no longer a busy signal and was told it will be a few more minutes. Sat another 10 minutes and nothing. I tried to call again about 15xs more and the same thing only a busy tone. No refund and no way to get a hold of anyone. Just out money and no way to refund it on the app.
