I only gave it 4 stars because the biscuits were slightly dry and they use a powdered gravy mix, similar to the Pioneer brand you find in grocery stores. I would have preferred a higher quality gravy. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely come back.

The food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly. It's a tough choice when their specials feature fried chicken livers and meatloaf on the same day! Their potato skins are among the best I've ever tasted, and the chicken quesadilla is big enough for two meals. I've never had a bad experience there.

She abs... read more We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday with a group of 11, as she has a fondness for liver and onions, a dish that's not easy to find in restaurants. She absolutely loved it and mentioned that she would return just for that dish. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly. Although we got there 30 minutes before our reservation, our table wasn't ready due to another large group ahead of us. However, everyone was very apologetic and worked quickly to accommodate us. Our server, Tina, was exceptionally kind, and the service was prompt—we never ran out of drinks, which is quite impressive for a party of our size. The food offered a great variety, catering to all tastes. We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the Early Riser with a side of pancakes, while my husband chose the cabin special. We both found our meals to be excellent. It was a refreshing change from chain restaurants, and the prices were quite reasonable. My only issue was with the service—our server was very friendly but not very accessible. We had to wave someone down for refills, to get our bill, and then again to process our payment.
