I can't believe I'm sitting in line behind a vehicle that's not moving for 15 minutes. Why didn't they ask that person to park, so they could bring the food to them? I've had to do that many times before. The line is wrapped around the building, and here I am, stuck between cars. This is frustrating!
I placed a Quick Pick-Up order using the KFC app. Five minutes later, the app notified me that my order was ready. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for it to actually be prepared.
Chicken was burnt and old under heat lamp way too long and really dry so disappointed in quality of food for the big price
