One thing I must emphasize is the importance of serving hot griddles! Also, please offer warm syrup, as the pancakes are often not hot enough. They should be cooked fresh rather than kept in a warmer since that tends to dry them out. Other than that, the breakfast was great as usual.

She even asked the cook to prepare Crepes Florentine for me, which is my favorite dish and isn't on the menu anymore! I'm hoping it makes a return to the menu soon!
