That said,... read more Let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of Five Guys. I understand why some people love it, but it's not in my top choices when it comes to burgers. That said, I approached my review of this location with an open mind. First off, I noticed there were no peanuts available while waiting. I assume this was a COVID-related change. Without the distraction of peanuts, the long wait time becomes more apparent. Additionally, this location doesn’t offer shakes, which is a real letdown if you haven’t tried them before. Five Guys is known for its delicious shakes, but unfortunately, not at this location. The place was fairly busy during my visit, but I noticed that customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. When I inquired about the delay after five people who ordered later got their meals, I was told that I was next in line. After they prepared and served two more orders ahead of mine, we finally received our food. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I felt that waiting so long for an average burger wasn’t really worth it, especially since Pyre was nearby and likely had a similar wait time. It’s common for every Five Guys to have a wait since the food is made fresh. If you do choose to go, I recommend using the app to place your order ahead of time to save some waiting. And if you’ve never been to a Five Guys, try to find one that offers shakes to get the full experience—you won’t regret it. Update: They now have shakes!

And the service is outstanding, I actually had someone come up and asked me how was my meal. You only normally hear that in the more upscale restaurants slightly. It was clean and the food was delicious, I will go back to this restaurant or one just like it.

Additionally, an employee, who I believe was a manager but didn't introduce himself, made a complaint about my sister breastfeeding my niece. I would advise breastfeeding moms to avoid this location.

Five Guys offers amazing burgers and fries, along with a fantastic team.
