When I let them know I asked... read more Went in and asked for a brown sugar boba and a plain black tea, no extra milk or sweetener. I got the brown sugar, and a milk tea. When I let them know I asked for a regular black tea, she scoffed and said you asked for milk tea and I said no. And she rolled her wires and said did you want me to remake it? I said yes please and she did it. Both drinks were super sweet and had almost no ice.

Made me hesitant on ordering from this place but... read more I wanted boba and was looking through DoorDash and saw terrible reviews. Checked Yelp and reviews were bad too. Made me hesitant on ordering from this place but it was the closest boba place to my house for pickup. The reviews were back from a year ago saying how service was really bad and how long it took to get your drink. Thankfully that was not the case with my order. I placed an order for two drinks and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. Got the classic milk tea with boba and requested 50% less sugar which they got right. Tea was fresh and boba was soft and chewy. Nothing out of this world but I had a good experience and would come back. I'd also recommend this place. Wanted to add my review in case anybody was hesitant trying it out because of the negative reviews.

I wanted to give these guys 5 stars because my drink came out really delicious but I was kind of bummed that their bathroom was closed because I really needed t... read more I wanted to give these guys 5 stars because my drink came out really delicious but I was kind of bummed that their bathroom was closed because I really needed to go to peeeeeeeee. Also, the Employee was on his phone when I came in, even though he was helping another customer. I got myself a strawberry black tea, and I have some strawberry popping Boba, and it was quite tasty! It seems like a lot of places are telling customers that their bathrooms are out of order permanently, so they don 't have to deal with the public bathroom issues that come along with being a public store. We 'll see! But next time, maybe I will try another tea shop close by
