Chili's Grill - Covington

Worst experience at a Chili's I've ever had in my life. They we're almost completely empty, but the hostess told us we were going to have to wait a few minutes. Turns out we had to wait a few minutes so she can finish doing some cleaning. SMH Then wewere put at the very back of the restaurant with a view of a construction site even though there were plenty of televisionsplaying the games around the bar but we were told that's the only section that is open. Food was very mediocre and the frieswere even cold. Plus we were hardly checked on it all. I even had to go find somebody in the back just to get napkins. I willdefinitely not go back.

We went here specifically to have frozen drinks. When we ordered our drinks we were told that the frozen drink machine was not working. We then ordered margaritas on the rocks and were told they didn't have any tequilas and that most of their alcoholorder didn't come in.We ordered a triple dipper appetizer which came out hot and fresh. Our sever was excellent. It was verycold ???? in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My server, Katrina, was incredible—she was quick and extremely friendly. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a pleasant aroma. The floors were clean and not sticky, which can be an issue in some places. I ordered a drink and an appetizer plate, and both were delicious! I will definitely be returning to this location!

The food is consistently excellent and affordable. Usually, the wait is more than 5 to 8 minutes after you let them know you're parked in a designated curbside spot.

I ordered takeout from the restaurant, and I have to say I'm disappointed. I gave it 4 stars because I know the food is usually good. However, my chicken crisper was really soggy, and the batter was falling off. I would suggest changing the takeout boxes so that they can vent, which would help prevent the food from getting soggy. I've included a photo for reference.
