She never asked what type of sau... read more I went to this location today around 3:30pm. The young lady took my order in the drive-thru. I gave her my card for my payment. She never asked what type of sauce I wanted, so before she closed the window. I said I would like vinegar and tartar sauce. She gave me my food. I said,thank you, have a nice day. She barely opened her mouth and didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She said ummm. As you can see I can't spell what she said. We as black people have to do better in customer service, especially if you plan on getting somewhere in life. Some additional training need to be had or if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe find out who trains Chick-fil-A and learn from them . I work in customer service as well. This type of service would never be tolerated

So hands up ? for the crew that evening I don't know who you are but KUDOS to you and my taste buds will be visiting you again in the very near future ? COVINGTON CAPTAIN D'S YOU ROCK ?
