They informed me there would be a delay with my order, which I understood. The chicken strips were excellent and served piping hot, but the fries were cold. It seems like cold fries are a recurring issue at this Arby's. My sandwich was hot, but I can't rate my experience higher than three stars due to both fry orders being cold.

When it arrived... read more In a rush to get to an event after losing track of time and with my blood sugar dropping, I stopped at Arby's and ordered a roast beef sandwich. When it arrived, the bun was so heavily coated in flour that it covered my outfit and was downright unpleasant. It's disappointing that anyone thought this was acceptable.
