Shame on whomever thought that was acceptable ????????????

I was told there would be a delay in my order, which is fine, things happen. The chicken strips were outstanding,piping hot, but the fries were cold. This seems to be a continual symptom at this Arby's, cold fries. My sandwich was hot, butI can't give it a rating of over three stars when both fry orders were cold.

The Smokehouse Brisket was delicious, and I also really enjoyed their Orange Shake.
