I’ve lived in this area my whole life, and I usually give a 5-star rating. However, tonight was a different experience. A new employee ruined it for me. I brought in a coupon that expires tomorrow, but he surprisingly told me it wouldn't be valid until then. I understand he’s new and may not speak clear English, but he wasn’t willing to learn how expiration dates work. As a result, I left without making any purchases.
The management team was real helpful and very polite. This is the cleanest Arco I've ever been in, it's the cleanest gas station period. Very friendly. My wife and I stop for gas twice a week on our way to the temple (we're Buddhist), and while I'm filling up, she usually orders a large toffee hot drink. Unfortunately, the last four times we've tried it, it's been nothing more than hot water with just a faint hint of toffee—hardly any flavor at all! I've been coming to this station for years, but I'm seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I get that you might be trying to save money by watering down the drinks, but there's practically no toffee taste left! If you're going to ruin the drinks, why not just stop selling them altogether? I'm tempted to report this issue directly to AMPM, but my wife thinks I should let it go. This is just ridiculous! – Sam
