Female blonde barmaid messed up our food order and when we sent it back she actually argued that we had made the mistake when all three of us had been there and we knew what we ordered. She proceeded to raise her voice at me saying we can change it but refusing to admit she was in the wrong. The wrong order she had made was more expensive and we did not get the money back for the difference. Later while queuing up for drinks she proceeded to serve 5 people that arrived to the bar after my sister in law and would not acknowledge her. We had to wait for another female bar maid to come out before we were served drinks. Food was nice, the waiting staff were brilliant but her rudeness and the fact she raised her voice almost shouting at a customer singlehandedly ruined our evening.
