Visited Tesco Clifford Bridge Café today 1st time for many months (lockdown etc) and was served by a Tesco colleague named Kassey (think I've spelt it correctly) who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, her general manner was professional and cheerful at the same time, this young lady is a credit to Tesco stores as a company and will recommend anyone to visit this café, thank you Kassey
Good and service was great. Not the greatest of atmosphere though you can just hear the beeps from the tills.
Sarah provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist us. We are grateful for her attention and care. This review is on behalf of my parents, Sonia and Brian, who are elderly and in poor health. They appreciate being treated with respect and value, and specifically asked me to share their gratitude. Great service from Sharon and Jo
The restaurant is unwelcoming and the store manager was impolite and unpleasant. Many others have had similar experiences. There is even video evidence online of her mistreating a customer. I wouldn't have written this review if I hadn't seen that my experience was not an isolated incident. It is disappointing that Tesco does not show respect towards customers or address the manager's inappropriate behavior. While I was there, other staff members mentioned they are unhappy because of how poorly she treats them.
