A sign at the pump advertised a 5p discount per litre of fuel with a minimum purchase of £10 on other items, including the car wash, which, as mentioned, is not provided. The staff, many of whom come from diverse backgrounds, seemed indifferent and did not offer an apology. On a positive note, the menu at Shell does feature a nice selection of options.

Unfortunately, I left my bank card at the station... read more I visited Shell today to refuel my bike with Shell V Power, which I rely on for its E5 rating and reliability. Unfortunately, I left my bank card at the station and only realized it about 40 minutes after getting home. When I called, I was thrilled to learn that a staff member had found it and kept it safe. I returned to retrieve it and want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team. In my opinion, this is truly 5-star service. Thank you very much!
