This was my first time visiting this arena and also my first time experiencing VIP hospitality at a concert. We decided to pay extra for this service and it was well worth it. The queuing process was smooth, we had a fantastic view of the concert, and we enjoyed the amenities of a large lounge with a bar and food options. We were even provided with food and drink vouchers, which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and at the end of the show, we were able to relax in the cozy lounge until the arena cleared out. Overall, it was a great experience.
The stadium itself is impressive, but the long lines for the women's restroom caused us to miss a significant portion of the concert. There were no lines for the men's restroom. The food and drinks were also very expensive. I would not choose to visit this place again.

Luckily the band were wonderful. The arena was not equipped for the amount of people. Food was disgusting and expensive. We couldn’t eat it!! No veggie option. Went home very hungry. But the journey took far too long as well. Toilets inadequate. My husband went...straight in to the toilet, I had to queue for Over 30 minutes!! Took hours to get away. Road system failed miserably. Won’t be going back. Disappointed beyond belief. Thought they might have learnt after the spice girls concert. Greedy, money grabbing Arena.
