The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, cozy, and recently renovated, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. I truly don't understand any negative reviews! However, the maintenance was lacking—the telephone in the room wasn’t working and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool at foot level. Surprisingly, we had to pay for parking as well. The breakfast menu was disappointing, offering only the bare minimum compared to other places but charging the same price. Despite these issues, it served its purpose as a convenient option near my business meeting. Service rating: 3.

This was my second stay, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this 3-star hotel—truly one of the best places in Coventry. Service: 5
