The cleanliness standards are low, and the delivery driver repeatedly held my milkshake by the straw when delivering it to my door. It was unacceptable. Additionally, when I complained about this issue, they prohibited me from bringing it up again. The overall hygiene of the place was disappointing.

I don't typically order pizza often, maybe once every couple of months, so it's likely something was wrong with the food. I can't say for sure, but I strongly believe it was the cause. What do you think of that restaurant?

He then started getting abusive saying i have an attitude. Absolute disgusting behaviour will deffo not reccommend u guys need manners before u run ur business!!

I was waiting for my order via Just Eat and nothing arrived..I was annoyed at myself as I dont know whether I dropped off and missed the driver ...phoned Pizza... read more I was waiting for my order via Just Eat and nothing arrived..I was annoyed at myself as I dont know whether I dropped off and missed the driver ...phoned Pizza Ricoh who couldn't have been nicer ...they explained that the driver and they had phoned back at least 4 times ...I apologised and they said they would resend the food ....I was expecting the same food to arrive and that it might need microwaving..I couldnt have been more wrong ...the food was SO delicious ...piping hot ....obviously fresh..and of an very good quality ..SO tasty Im a Paramedic out of the Coventry Hub and I will be telling my workmates that THIS is the place for a lunch or a late night treat ...FANTASTIC stuff ...well done all Pizza Ricoh
