However, we... read more We visited the restaurant and ordered a kids' meal and one trilogy box meal through the drive-thru. When asked if that was everything, I confirmed. However, we did not receive our drinks and the chicken fillet in the box was undercooked. The service was terrible, and our calls went unanswered. This is not the first time we have experienced such poor service.

The zinga boxed meal was suppo... read more The menu at this restaurant has been limited for a couple of months now. I ordered a zinga boxed meal with corn and orange juice. The zinga boxed meal was supposed to be spicy but it was very bland, and the spicy hot wings were also tasteless. I also ordered the mighty bucket for one, which was a disappointment. The fries were half-cooked and cold, the chicken fillets were okay, but the chicken on the bone seemed undercooked with soggy batter. The chicken was slimy and inedible. The only positive thing was that my order was complete for once. I ended up throwing most of my food in the bin as it was not appetizing. I used to frequent this restaurant at least twice a month for a few years but I will never go back to Courthouse Green. I paid £14.28 for a meal that was not worth it, I could have had two carveries for the same price at a different restaurant. Never again.

We had to tell them again what we wanted, but they ended up giving us two tower burger boxes instead. The service was very poor and the staff did not listen to our request.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing as they had nothing in stock, the staff were unhelpful, and the company's customer service was non-respons... read more The service at this restaurant was very disappointing as they had nothing in stock, the staff were unhelpful, and the company's customer service was non-responsive. I am still waiting for them to address my concerns. It is concerning when the staff cannot properly attend to customers if the customer service is lacking.
