We tried to book into hotel but it appeared there was only one member of staff dealing with a long queue for the bar. Family room was standard size (double single bed). Room very tired but clean. Shower not so good. As it was cheap i would stay again xx
Disappointing visit. Place felt grubby and could do with a good clean. Hotel surrounding area was littered with rubbish and weeds. Such a shame. Had my wedding reception here and the hotel has clearly gone down hill. Food was ok and the only positive was the staff were friendly.
My sister held her wedding here and staff were so pleasant and helpful they even tidied up the function room for us in the morning. Delicious food and lots of it. Fabulous venue with lovely rooms. would highly recommend.
Very good value 2 and 3 course Sunday lunch. The meat was very nice and great portions, in particular the vegetables! The team were helpful and attentive making our family 70th birthday very special!
Arrived at hotel with another couple. On arrival waited 10 minutes for the receptionists to arrive. Keys given for the double rooms 14 and 20. Two fire doors to go through to get to these rooms on ground floor. No help from staff. We were...
