The waiter comes to take the order more than half an hour after we sat down. Among the things to eat, we ask him for half a liter of wine, as per the menu, but he reports that there is only bottled wine. And then we order the bottle. After another half hour they bring us appetizers and first courses all together, but not the wine. While we eat, no waiter comes by to claim the wine. Once I've finished eating I go to request the wine directly at the counter, but the same waiter asks me what wine we ordered. And I answer him “half a liter of bulk wine”. Miracle. after another half hour he brings the bulk wine to the table! Having finished eating, we order him a margherita pizza to accompany the wine. But unfortunately the pizza never arrived. After about an hour I go to the pizza chef who was leaning on the counter with nothing to do. I ask him about my pizza, but he knows nothing about it and calls the usual waiter. The waiter claims to have already brought it to our table, and insists in a rude manner. According to him, we had eaten a pizza and didn't remember it.
