Right from the start, we were unable to order any 8 oz steaks a... read more My recent dining experience with my mother, wife, and mother-in-law was extremely disappointing. Right from the start, we were unable to order any 8 oz steaks as they were unavailable, despite being listed on the menu. The wait for our food, which was initially quoted as 25 minutes, ended up being over an hour, during which we heard multiple complaints about cold meals being served. When our food finally arrived, one order was completely wrong. The waitress who delivered the food was unapologetic and defensive, even though she admitted the mistake was hers. She offered to replace the incorrect meal, but only after we had already paid extra in advance. The quality of the food was poor, with my mother's steak being tough and inedible, and her chicken dish being burnt to a crisp. The staff were ill-trained and rude, and there were not enough of them to handle the number of customers. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
