The staff... read more This is easily the best KFC in Rhode Island. The food was freshly prepared and only took about 10 minutes. It arrived piping hot and perfectly crispy. The staff were attentive, even making sure I had extra sauce and napkins in my order. Definitely a 10/10! I wish I could give this place more than five stars.

We only got two small pieces of chicken—a breast and a wing—along with a biscuit and some unsatisfying fries. There was no coleslaw included, and given the cost, I anticipated a larger portion. If you're going to charge premium prices, at the very least, offer a more substantial serving.

Unfortunately, they didn’t give me the sauce at all, yet I was still charged for it! I also tried the spicy mac bowl, and it was absolutely drenched in a disturbingly large amount of bright orange greasy liquid. I had to pour out about a quarter cup of grease! At that point, I felt so nauseous that I couldn't even think about eating it. To top it off, I paid $12 for the mac bowl and one chicken little (plus the sauce I never received). No thanks! It’s no wonder so many KFC locations are closing down. This place is just awful.

This happened at 6:30 PM. I find this place quite ridiculous, and it has always been that way.
