Bidwell Tavern - Coventry

Food was mediocre not what I remembered, we walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes made eye contact with several staff finally somebody came over and told us that somebody could come seat us if we wanted to sit down. Our waitress was great It was just first impressions are everything for me. I would like to come back and check out some of their wings cuz I did just get a burger. Hopefully we're greeted a little bit better next time All I have a hostess and or host in place and it was not just us there was a couple of other couples behind us as well that got the same treatment

Cozy, historic blue collar place! Sunday around 3 was crowded but eventually got a seat. Food was DELICIOUS! Nachos were topped with a tasty jalapeno relish and were head and shoulders above other restaurants. Around our table we had blue cheese salad, burger, steak, jerk chicken tacos, chowder (it's thicccc) and french onion soup. Extensive beer menu, pretty light on the cocktail/booze menu. No baby changing stations, and bathrooms are tiny! Plenty of parking. Looking forward to returning next time we're in the area. Vegetarian options: Salad. Couple of veggie forward pasta dishes.

Terrible service at Bidwell Tavern. Waited over an hour for our food, only to receive the wrong order. Complete disappointment.

Avoid Bidwell Tavern at all costs. The food was bland, the portions were small, and the staff was rude.

The worst dining experience of my life. Bidwell Tavern is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat.
