Cove Tavern

Small crooked tavern and steakhouse away from the beaten. eating is great and they meet the most interesting and friendly people. be ready to help there as the bartender, cook and waiter are all the same person who also the owner. So they come with the expectation that everything is made fresh and tasty, but they must be patient. bring her appetit and some friends to pass the time.

We ate a taco salad and cheese burger with fries. The portions are always extremely large. Much more than we can eat. The quality is the best and be sure to double check what you want on the salad because everything is on it. This is our 10th time eating here and is always a pleasure!

Can't miss burgers in this hidden gem. It's well worth a side trip if you have some time (usually understaffed and out of the way if you're not going through Cove anyway).

Well worth the trip out to Cove. I had the 16 oz. Ribeye and I got my money back and then some. Portions were large and prepared well. Bring your appetite and be prepared to take some home.

We recently visited a steakhouse at Cove that has a new owner and a new name. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were devoured quickly. The waitstaff was busy but attentive, especially on a busy Friday night at 5:30pm. We also enjoyed the La Grande shrimp dish. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
